HOW DO I LIST MY BUSINESS?

Getting your business listed is easy! All you need to do is follow these steps:

  1. Select your plan.
  2. Purchase the subscription.
  3. List your business from your account area! 

WHY WAS MY LISTING REMOVED OR DENIED?

Tell-Shop reserves the right to refuse any business listing. To maintain our integrity we are very selective. If a listing is incomplete or information doesn’t meet are standards you will be denied and a full refund will be processed. 

MY BUSINESS HAS FALLEN ON HARD TIMES AND I CANNOT AFFORD THE SUBSCRIPTION, BUT WOULD STILL LIKE TO KEEP OUR LISTING. WHAT DO I DO?

Tell-Shop hears you! Just shoot us a message via the contact form and we will work something out. We are here on a mission to help minority-owned businesses. If we're available to, we will also try and refer you to SMB resources that may be able to help you get the clients and advice you need to pull through. Please know that our entire team is cheering you on.

CAN I CANCEL MY LISTINGS?

In some places in America, it can be difficult to be labeled a minority-owned business. Whatever your reason for canceling, we will always work with you and provide a refund for any partial month. If your listing has appeared for some time, please know that Google may have cached the page in search results. While we can remove your listing from our database, we cannot control what Google displays.

HOW DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENTS?

All our payments are processed through Square, which as a technology company has long worked to make running a small business easier and cheaper. We believe in supporting the technology, businesses, and platforms which help make running and growing your own small business easier. Through them, we accept all major debit and credit cards.
