We love physical fitness. And getting reconnected to your own body, building strength, flexibility, and mobility have incredibly powerful benefits. But we believe that our current cultural messages overemphasize physically demanding, goal-oriented, fitness-based practices for mostly athletic, flexible, able-bodied humans, and this can lead to the idea that you have to look a certain way or have an existing level of ability to participate. We seek to change this.

So the majority of our classes are created to develop other critical areas of wellness including mental, emotional, and social. And don’t worry — you’ll always have an opportunity to get a good sweat.
